In Montgomery Hills, we follow the HOA (RCP Management Company) requirement of using Clopay Brand Premium Series model 4050 in white. We also use the required Sunset 503 windows in Phase II of the development. This is a great quality, 3-layer, insulated door with a great look. We automatically include Clopay’s Heavy Hardware Upgrade (not standard hardware) at no extra charge to make sure we’re giving maximum value to the homeowner.
